A refund may be considered only in circumstances where Al Qalam Institute is unable to fulfill its stated commitments or responsibilities regarding the enrolled course or program.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• If classes have already been scheduled and course access, study materials, or learning resources have been provided.

• If a student chooses to discontinue, withdraw, or remain absent from the course due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, change of interest, relocation, academic workload, or any other circumstance not caused by the institute.

• If a student fails to attend classes after successful enrollment and commencement of the program.

• If a student has participated in classes or accessed a substantial portion of the course content.

Course Transfers

In exceptional circumstances, the institute may, at its sole discretion, consider transferring a student to another suitable batch or course instead of issuing a refund.
